To get the maximum benefit from visiting the exhibition, we recommend that you plan your visit in advance.

Please complete the pre-registration on the website to receive an electronic ticket. To enter the exhibition, you must print out the electronic ticket, present it at the registration area, and receive a badge for access to the territory of the Baku International Innovation Trade Show 2026 (ITS Baku 2026)!

Registration for the Baku International Innovation Trade Show 2026 (ITS Baku 2026)

To visit the Event (ITS Baku 2026), you must:

Complete the registration procedure in one of the following ways:
1.1 Online registration on the Event website:
- Fill out the registration form on the Event website.
- Receive the personal electronic ticket sent to the specified email address and print it out.
1.2 On-site registration at the entrances:
- In the absence of a printed electronic or invitation ticket, fill out and sign the printed version of the visitor questionnaire in one of the registration areas at the entrances to the exhibition at the Baku Expo Center.
Exchange the printed electronic ticket, or invitation ticket and the completed visitor questionnaire for a visitor badge of the established sample during the working hours of the ITS Baku 2026 Event at one of the registration desks.
2.1 Have your passport with you to verify the passport data against the previously completed questionnaire.
The issuance of the badge to the visitor is confirmation of the fact of his/her registration for the ITS Baku 2026 Event.
The nominal badge is not transferable to third parties and is mandatory for use when visiting the ITS Baku 2026 Event.

By filling out the registration form on the ITS Baku 2026 Event website and/or the visitor questionnaire in one of the registration areas at the exhibition entrances, the visitor gives consent to the Organizers:

for the processing of their personal data for the purpose of information support and access to the exhibition territory;
for entrusting the processing of their personal data to organizations with which the Organizer has contractual relations, for the purpose of registering themselves as a visitor to the ITS Baku 2026 Event, as well as for the purpose of auditing exhibition activities;
for receiving informational and advertising messages by ema
